Our story began at Kansas State University, although we like to think fate had been trying to introduce us long before we officially met. My friends and I had become close with a group of guys over the years, and Christian eventually joined the crew through rugby. We were probably at the same parties and gatherings countless times before our paths finally crossed during my junior year. The first time we really met was while I was moving into a new house with my roommates. Christian had been staying there over the summer and ended up helping me move in. We hit it off almost immediately, spending our time watching Disney movies, working at our favorite bar 1863, and getting to know each other. It didn't take long for us to realize there was something special between us. After that school year ended, life took us in different directions- me back to Wichita and Christian back to Florida. We made long distance work, and before long we found out we were expecting our daughter, Palmer. From that moment on, everything changed. Christian moved to Wichita, we got a house and I am so proud of the beautiful life and family that we have built together. Eight years later, we are more excited than ever to finally say "I do." We can't wait to celebrate our love and this next chapter of our lives surrounded by God and all of our favorite people. #CompletingTheCainCrew
