Wedding Party

Meet our friends and family who are walking down the aisle on our special day. Officiant Pastor Jay Fisher

Carrie Kooyenga

Matron of Honor

Carrie and Danielle's relationship began back in 2013 when Danielle joined a women's small group at church that Carrie was leading. The two of them became a dynamic duo creating many memories by working together, movie nights, traveling, and supporting each other through both difficult and triumphant circumstances. This sisterly bond in Christ solidified when they realized their birthdays are on the same day (March 8th) from then on they knew it was all meant to be.

Jomar Ortiz

Best Man

Jomar and Jazz met freshmen year of college. Who would of knew that the friendship that started in 2008 would now turn into brotherhood. Jazz would best describe Jomar as charismatic, humble, and understanding. A story that will last for ages is when Jomar decided to cook popcorn in a pan and then burnt it. Jomar has always been there for Jazz and till this day is a phone call away.

Chong Her

Bridesmaid

Chong and Danielle met through their then boyfriends (now fiancés) and started to develop their own friendship. From running through Milwaukee together, taking random shopping trips, or venting about wedding planning/ life! Their friendship has become not only dependable but a sisterhood rooted in Christ.

Shula Yang

Best Man

Jazz and Shula met during the first days of their college journey and it grew into unique friendship. Shula has been a friend, brother, and a mentor for Jazz leading to them developing a deep relationship in Christ. From holding one another accountable through prayer or accidentally matching whenever they meet up, Jazz could not have asked for better Christian brother that would invest so much of his time in fulfilling Gods purpose.

Katie Beumer

Bridesmaid

Katie and Danielle have been friends since they can remember! They grew up on the same block their entire lives and have consistently had one another's back as time went by. Memories of traveling, school dances, and amazing clubhouses are only a few of the great times they shared. Although distance and time separate them now, their friendship continues to grow whenever they are connected with one another again.

Yusuf Abdullah

Best Man

During Jazz's sophomore year he met Yusuf and their strong cultural backgrounds helped them to build a dependable friendship. The wisdom, and knowledge that they both shared allow them to provide one another with a listening ear and wise advice. Yusuf's dedication to their friendship, although distance has separated them for years, has never stopped the impact he's made on Jazz's life.

Audri Kooyenga

Flower Girl

Audri is a bright five year old currently in kindergarten. Her favorite thing to do is wear pretty dresses, wear pretty jewelry, and play with her older brothers! Danielle and Audri’s bond grew through taking funny pictures, sleepovers, new little adventures!

Harman Singh

Usher

Harman is Jazz's younger brother and they have been through thick and thin together. Recently, Harman has completed his certification in Auto Body and Collision and continues to push himself towards the next best opportunity. Harman has a servant heart putting himself second and others first. For example when Harman got his first watch, he also bought Jazz and their dad one as well. His giving spirit warms up a room whenever he is around.

Namoonga Mantina

Honor Attendant

Namoonga and Danielle have been friends since about the third day of college. Although their paths went two different directions in terms of majors in school they were very involved with everything Beloit had to offer. Together they were apart of many activities and even lived with one another for an entire calendar year plus some more additional months. But most importantly they discovered their relationship with Christ and continue to build on that individually with the support of the other.

Aaron Morris

Usher

Jazz and Aaron met through a friend but grew closer by seeing one another at work. Over the past year, they have connect by playing basketball, mentoring one another, and helping with future life goals. They are building a strong relationship as brothers in Christ.
