Maine is a "low risk" state when it comes to COVID-19. Please visit website below if you would like to see/read specifics. https://www.maine.gov/dhhs/mecdc/infectious-disease/epi/airborne/coronavirus/index.shtml
Maine requires travelers to either quarantine for 14 days once you arrive or to have a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of arrival. Vermont, New Hampshire, New Jersey and New York are exempt from these requirements. We are hopeful that if MA cases stay low, we will be added to the exempt list. If not, we recommend that all of our guest get tested before the event. Please see website below for more details. https://www.maine.gov/dhhs/mecdc/infectious-disease/epi/airborne/coronavirus/travel.shtml
First and formost, our guests health and safety is of the upmost importance to us. We understand that everyone's situation and comfort levels are different and we want to do everything we can to make sure our guests feel comfortable at our wedding. Please see below for a list of ways we are doing so: 1) Marianmade Farm is an open air venue. All events will be taking place either outdoors or in a location that has natural air flow 2) Due to the nature of the venue, masks will be provided but not mandatory 3) We are working with our corrdinator and caterers to make sure spacing of tables are apropriate and that there is little contact with servers 4) In your welcome bag you will be provided with three colored wristbands; red, yellow, and green. Each color will represent your thoughts/feelings on COVID-19 and where your comfort level lies. Hopefully, this will take out some of the guess work that goes along with navigating how others feel.
It is unpredictable! We would reccommend bringing clothing for both spring and fall. Layers are your best friend!
We would reccommend scheduling extra time on the front end vs. the back end due to seasonality.
