Arrive in Mallorca!
11:30 am - 6:30 pm
To my knowledge, everyone's flights should be arriving by evening time on Sunday the 1st. We will have rental cars booked for everyone to travel to the villa where we are staying, but if you have extra time before others arrive, feel free to go sightseeing or grab lunch, etc!
Hang Out & Settle In
3:00 pm - 7:00 pm
We will likely hang out at the villa/by the pool for a while in the afternoon (as long as the weather is nice), but everyone will be free to do whatever they want to do!
Welcome Dinner
7:30 pm - 9:30 pm
We will have a casual, relaxed dinner together at the villa since it is our first night together. For those arriving later, there will still be food left for you.
Monday, September 2, 2024
Sightseeing Day!
8:00 am - 8:00 pm
We do have some suggestions for things we may want to go do or see on this day, but everyone will be free to go in groups or all together wherever they want to go! Since we don't know where we will end up exactly, meals will be up to everyone to decide on their own.
Tuesday, September 3, 2024
More Sightseeing!
8:00 am - 4:00 pm
In the morning and afternoon, most people will be free to go to the beach, go sightseeing, etc. Courtney, Chris, and their parents will be going to visit the venue in the morning to do a rehearsal and will join the group again closer to lunch time. In the afternoon, everyone will need to head back to the villa to get ready for dinner.
Rehearsal Dinner
7:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Spain
Beach Attire: Wear linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, and sandals.
We will have a nice dinner provided for everyone on this evening as a rehearsal dinner. A private chef will be coming to the villa to prepare and serve our dinner, but we are still going to make it more of a formal event so that we can take some photos together, etc.
Wednesday, September 4, 2024
Wedding Day!
5:00 pm - 11:30 pm
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
Guests will need to arrive at the venue at 5:00 for the wedding. We do not have anything else planned for this day other than brunch at 10:00, so if you would like to go do some sightseeing or activities on your own in the morning/early afternoon, feel free to do so! Courtney (and probably Chris) will spend the majority of the day at the hotel getting ready, and we would love but don't expect you to stick around with us!

Post-Wedding Party
10:00 am - 3:00 pm
We will be going on a catamaran excursion this day! Be sure to bring bathing suits/cover ups, sunscreen, etc.
Relax and Hang Out
4:30 pm - 10:00 pm
After our excursion, we will head back to the villa to hang out by the pool and relax together. We will make dinner at the villa so that everyone can relax, eat, and pack to head back home.

Part Ways
6:30 am - 12:00 pm
Everyone will part ways to continue their vacation or head back home. We know lots of people will have early flights out in the morning, so we will have a relaxed evening the night before to give everyone time to pack and get some sleep.
