What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail n Converse! Suits & Sneakers--Or looking fine & ready to dance ;) We'd like to maintain a wedding atmosphere (no t-shirts, sweats, jeans or grubby gym sneakers) but want everyone to have FUN! Embrace your inner sneakerhead. The Bridal Party will be in Pink & Sage Green. Our pictures will be seen by many as this will be the FIRST event for the newly renovated NCO Club. It took us 4882 days to get to our Wedding day! Bring your best smiles and be ready to dance and party accordingly!

Where should I stay if I'm coming from out of town?

What about kids?

Answer

As much as we love all your children of all ages, the fire marshall has a thing to say about how many people we can actually have in this new venue. Unfortunately what that means is we are extremely limited on space for our big day by these occupancy limits. We had to make the decision to limit our wedding to adults only (18+).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We are asking for everyone to arrive on time and be in place 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony so we can start on time.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We are asking everyone to enter their response by April 20th at the request of the caterer. Thank you for helping us with this detail.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have any special food allergies, PLEASE DO let us know so we can make the caterer aware. We are familiar with food allergy issues and want you to be able to celebrate safely. We are taking steps to make accomodations for gluten free, dairy free, and vegan options to be available. When you are RSVPing, where the food selection appears, click the drop down for your allergy. You can also contact one of the hosts directly.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you have been invited with a guest (or plus one) it will be indicated on your envelope and when you login to RSVP an option to reply for your guest will be made available. If there is no guest/plus one option available to you (appears with your name), then unfortunately you cannot self-select to bring one on your own. Due to the intimate size of the venue, we are very limited on overall capacity and have specially selected our invite list. Thank you for understanding.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the wedding?

Answer

Due to people staying in multiple different locations, we are not providing group transportation from the hotel to the ceremony. (too many long wedding shuttle horror stories) Uber & Lyft are plentiful in our area and can assist to get you from your Hotel/short term rental.

What about if I have an emergency and cannot make it?

Answer

Please don't be shy and just not show up. It's really no big deal just give us a call/text/email/msg to give us a heads-up as soon as possible so that we can let the caterer know. Thanks!
