Question

How will you be addressing COVID19?

Answer

This is a big concern for us with the wedding. We are working to meet all local government requirements. We are moving forward as planned, with the following precautions: 1. Shuttle: The shuttles have been upgraded to a full size school bus to allow for people to spread out. There will also be masks available, if desired, when you board the bus to make sure that everyone is comfortable! 2. Venue: The venue is outdoors and we will making sure to seat guests with their families. Tables will be spread out, so no one feels like they are in confined quarters. We have also opted to do smaller tables to ensure less people are seated together. 3. Dinner: Dinner will be served by a serving staff so that each guest is not touching the utensils. The plates and silverware will be single use/ disposable. The silverware will be placed at your seat to ensure they are not touched by all the guests. 4. Bar: The bar staff will be the only people serving drinks and all the cups will be single use.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Heck yes, they are! We want all of our people and their offspring to celebrate with us! Your kids are more than likely included under your reservation already! When you type in your name in the RSVP tab everyone in your family should be included in the reservation, so just let us know who will make it and who will not!

Is there a shuttle to and from the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We want as many guest as possible to be able to have a good time and not worry about a ride home! We will be running a guest shuttle before the ceremony and after the party. Please see our Travel & Accommodations page for more information, and remember to RSVP for the shuttle when you RSVP for the wedding! Just a heads up, there is limited parking and we would like for as many people to take the shuttle as possible in order to leave space for those who need to drive!

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside rain or shine (however if there is rain, we will have a tent for the reception). Please bring a warm layer and your party shoes! Just a heads up, the ceremony and reception will be on grass so pick your shoes accordingly!
