Please RSVP by October 15, 2025 so we can finalize our headcount and accommodations.
We have provided a list of recommended accommodations in the Travel section of our website. Please refer to that page for hotel options and additional travel information to help plan your stay.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30 PM. We kindly ask that all guests arrive by 2:15 PM to ensure everyone is seated and settled before the ceremony starts.
We’d love for our guests to dress in dressy casual attire. Think sundresses, skirts, nice blouses, or button-down shirts with nice jeans—while we want everyone to be comfortable, we kindly ask that guests avoid super casual clothing like shorts or t-shirts. Since the wedding will be outdoors, we recommend bringing a jacket to stay comfortable.
Yes, there is parking available at the venue. However, please note that there will be a short walk to the ceremony location. For guests who may have difficulty walking or have a disability, special arrangements will be made to ensure easy access. If you need assistance, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your needs.
Please check the invitation for any details regarding plus ones. If the invitation does not specifically mention a guest, please reach out to us directly to confirm if bringing a plus one is possible. We want to ensure we have enough space and accommodations for everyone!
We’re happy to welcome little ones to the wedding! However, please note that later in the evening, around 8:30, the music may not be kid-friendly. Additionally, alcohol will be served during the event, so we kindly ask that parents keep an eye on their children. Thank you for understanding!
The ceremony is planned to take place outdoors. However, if the weather doesn’t cooperate, we will move the ceremony indoors to ensure everyone’s comfort. Regardless of the weather, the reception will be held indoors. We will keep everyone updated on any changes as needed.
