Guest Arrival - Please arrive promptly at 4:00 pm and be seated by 4:10 pm.

We kindly request formal attire. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear suits and ties, and ladies are invited to wear long gowns and elegant cocktail dresses. Please note the ceremony will take place outdoors; guests may wish to bring a jacket for their comfort.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow for time to park. Rhodes Hall owns approximately 30 spaces for parking in our Spring Street lot, located at 1495 Spring Street. Guests may park at no charge at the dedicated Rhodes Hall Visitor’s Lot. Extra parking will be available in the adjacent lot belonging to Peachtree Christian Church. For ease of travel and convenience, we encourage all guests staying at nearby hotels to take advantage of ride share apps for their convenience.
Ceremony
4:15 pm - 4:30 pm
Cocktail Hour
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Enjoy passed hors d'oeuvres and prosecco during our cocktail hour. There will also be an open bar featuring beer, wine, seltzer, soda, and two signature drinks. Doors to the inside of the venue will be open for guests during cocktail hour. There will also be heaters on the patio for guest's comfort. Please feel free to wander inside if you'd like and explore the beautiful space prior to dinner.
Dinner
5:30 pm - 6:45 pm
Dinner will be served buffet-style, with a variety of thoughtfully prepared selections for guests to enjoy. The bar will be open throughout dinner service.
Cake Cutting
6:15 pm
Father-Daughter Dance & First Dance
6:45 pm
Guests are invited to gather on the patio for a short father-daughter dance which will be followed by the newlywed's first dance.
Dancing & Mingling
6:45 pm - 8:00 pm
Please join join us for dancing on the covered patio or feel free to mingle indoors or outside.
Rose Petal Send-Off
8:00 pm
The evening will conclude with a romantic send-off as guests shower the newlyweds with rose petals as they depart together.
