Where is the venue?

The address of the venue is 2910 47th Terr Burns, KS 66840. Here’s the Best route from 77 HWY: 30th street to Arrow Rd, left on Arrow Rd to 47th Terr, right on 47th Terr to Keystone G ranch sign over drive. Roads to avoid: 40th street and Alfalfa Rd - these are very rough dirt (low maintenance) roads.

Where is the ceremony and reception?

WEATHER PERMITTING: The ceremony will be outside as well as the reception. Please dress accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Whether you are invited to the ceremony, reception or both, the times each will start is listed on your invite and we ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to park and find your seats.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes! There is designated parking at the venue.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Individuals are responsible for finding their way to the venue and home.

Are we invited to the ceremony and reception or only the reception?

Answer

Although many would like to watch the ceremony, we have decided to do a more intimate ceremony with our closest family and friends. Your invite will specify which. We appreciated your understanding.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Although we would love to offer plus ones to everyone, we have a strict guest list to meet our venue restrictions. We ask that you only bring who is listed on the invite. Your invite will be addressed as (Your name) & Guest if you were given a plus one. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you.

What should I wear?

Answer

The attire is western formal/dressy! Please keep away from white/cream/ivory colors (for ladies) as well as t-shirts, etc. Weather permitting, our ceremony and reception will be outdoors.

What food will be served?

We are doing a taco bar! We will have several different options of toppings with beef and chicken.

Will alcohol be provided?

Answer

We are asking everyone to BYOB! We will not be providing alcohol. This way everyone can bring what they like/want.
