We met doing taekwondo together when we were little. We were two of the first students to join the school so we were always in class together. Years later, in 2019, he asked me out. Now, we own the taekwondo school together and get to work together every day.

On May 24th, 2024 he proposed! I was staying at Colton's house that week because my parents were redoing all of the bathrooms in my house. At the end of the week, he took me to Phipps Conservatory to see the flowers. After we went through the entire conservatory, he asked me what my favorite part was. I picked the butterfly room because it was so beautiful and reminded me of my great grandma who loved butterflies. As we walked through the butterfly room for the second time, Colton got down on one knee and proposed! He then took me to a surprise lunch, to get my nails done, and then to tell both of our families!
