Yes! Please let us know after you receive your formal invitation if you have any dietary restrictions we should be aware of.

There is parking available at the venue

What time will the shuttle pick me up to go to the venue?

Answer

The Inn at Harbor Shores: Be ready to head to the venue at 3:45 pm Springhill Suites: Be ready to head to the venue at 4:15 pm *If you are in an Airbnb and want a ride, please try to meet at one of the hotel lobbies to board a shuttle

Will the shuttle take me back to the hotel during the reception?

Answer

Rides back to each hotel will begin after 8:00 pm. The shuttle service is willing to make as many rides as needed from 8:30-10:30 pm depending on what is needed. The last shuttle to leave the venue will be at 11:30 pm, don’t miss it! :)
