Shuttles will be provided and will go back and forth from Birch and two hotels - Spring Hill Suites and Residence Inn Marriot. The shuttle will start pick up at Spring Hill Suites at 3:15pm and depart around 3:30pm for the Residence Inn. After that pick up, the shuttle will take guests to Camp Bar, next door to the venue, as guests cannot get into the venue until 4:30pm. Please enjoy a beverage or a snack while you wait! The shuttle will return to both hotels to do a final pick up before the ceremony. There will only be TWO trips prior to the ceremony. Please be mindful that the bus only holds around 35 people so do not wait until the last minute if you are able. The shuttle will take guests back to Spring Hill Suites and Residence Inn from 9:00pm-1:00am. They will run continuously back and forth throughout this time.
