FAQs

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as you’re able, with a final deadline of September 7th to allow us to finalize details with our vendors. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate responses received after this date. Thank you so much!

Question

What should I do if my plans change and I am unable to attend?

Answer

We completely understand that plans can change! If you’re no longer able to attend, please let Madison know through our wedding hotline at your earliest convenience so we can adjust our plans. We truly appreciate it!

To keep everyone safe and the dance floor open, we kindly ask that strollers and wagons stay at home due to limited space and venue safety guidelines. Thanks so much for understanding!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to limited space, we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Answer

We will update what time our guests should arrive by as we get closer to the day of.

Question

Can I take photos?

Answer

In order for our guests to be fully present with us during one of the most important moments in our lives, we are having an unplugged ceremony. Our professional photographer will capture every special moment and we will, of course, share our photos with you afterwards. After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and encourage you to snap away! We will have disposable cameras for guests to return at the end of the night and a QR code for a shared album where guests can share their pictures taken on their mobile devices.

Question

Can I share photos on social media?

Answer

Of course! We welcome you to share our special day, and please tag us in any posts so we can see it from every angle or use our wedding hashtag #ShoneAndDone. However, we kindly request that our guests do not post any photos of us, the Bride and Groom, on social media until we have had the opportunity to do so first. Thank you!

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Western chic attire is encouraged for our wedding. Think flowy dresses, boots, button- downs with blazers, denim styled in a refined way and statement accessories. Here is a link to an inspiration board for guests to get ideas from. https://pin.it/60w6fpZr6
