Is there a dress code?

Black Tie attire is encouraged. Tuxes or dark suits and floor length dresses are preferred. Dress up with us!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 5:00PM. Please arrive by 4:45PM in order to find a seat!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block at Hotel Viking in Newport- see the travel section for info on how to book. If you're looking for something cozier, there are several adorable inns within walking distance of the Viking so you can still take advantage of the provided transportation. There are also several Airbnbs close to the venue in Portsmouth, RI.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be shuttles leaving from Hotel Viking in Newport to bring guests to Glen Manor House in Portsmouth for the ceremony & reception. The shuttles will bring guests back to Hotel Viking after the reception.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at Glen Manor House if you prefer to drive.
