Ceremony will start at 5:00pm/17h - followed by a cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing! *Food Menu* A single food choice is requested for all guests: A Starter: Foie Gras - with cocoa, apricot confit and lavender Langoustine/Shrimp - roasted, gravy and biscuit Artichoke - filled with smoked goat cheese and barigoule broth. A Main Course: Cod - pepper, potato confit with seaweed and bouillabaisse jus Sea Bass - fillet, carrots, salted caramel and wine foam Whiting - fillet with risotto, cheese and tomato jus Veal - roasted fillet with potatoes and rich jus Chicken - with tomatoes and savory jus Beef - tenderloin with potatoes and mustard jus Carrots - turmeric cream, peppery crisps and onion reduction A Dessert: Cake - chocolate mousse, chocolate hazelnut, strawberry and cream, raspberry and cream, red berry and cream.
