We’re getting married!!

Matt sent Taylor a message for the first time on a dating app. Since it was still the time of quarantine and masking, we didn’t have our first date until August 25th at Rosati’s Frozen Custard. The next week we had tacos at Condado, then days later saw the lights at the zoo. Then, we basically never stopped being together.

We took our annual family vacation with Taylor’s family. We stayed at the same house as last year in Surf City, North Carolina and had arranged family pictures to surprise Taylor’s parents. Turns out that the surprise was really for us! While taking pictures at North Topsail beach, Matt proposed on our first full day at the beach. We got to spend the rest of the week enjoying our time together soaking up the sun and drinking margaritas on the beach as an engaged couple.

We officially started dating September 21, 2020 and the date of our wedding will be exactly 5 years since that day. We can’t wait to celebrate with you all!
