Mix of dormitory style housing and cabins. This is BYOB- Bring your own bedding (think summer camp). Sara and Andrew will be assigning rooms and cabins based off of family and ages. The camp has multiple lodges and cabins that are available for use, and although it is bunk bed style, families will be paired together.
Breakfast, dinner, drinks, showers, beds, canoes/kayaks/paddle boards, life jackets, and a great time can be expected if you choose to stay overnight with us! Plan to bring your sleeping gear for a twin sized bed, towels for the beach and shower, any snacks you might like, and anything else you think you may need. While food and drinks are provided at specified events, guests are more than welcome to bring coolers for snacks and drinks they might like to have throughout the day. Note, there are grocery and convenient stores a short distance away in case you forget something.
We highly recommend guests who are not vaccinated arrange a COVID-19 test 72 hours prior to your arrival at camp. We appreciate your efforts to keep our guests and the camp staff safe during this time.
Parking will be available on site at Pilgrim Cove Camp. Camp staff will direct folks to appropriate parking spaces upon arrival. FYI - there is little to no public transportation in the McCall area - no lyfts, ubers, etc.
Welcome Dinner - Summer Casual Wedding Day - Semi-formal or dressy casual, please. We love an excuse to get dressed up-- so whatever you feel snazzy in! And your dancing shoes, of course!
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
