They met how many couples meet these days, through a dating app. They connected on Thursday and scheduled their first date for that Saturday at Moeller Brew Barn in Dayton. They talked about everything under the sun, bonded over their love of Blue Moon, and even quizzed each other on their favorite math topics. Their mathematical connection between being a rocket engineer and being a high school math teacher wasn't the only thing they strongly had in common. As former and current "band kids," their connection strengthened. After only 7 months of dating, Collin proposed at the Dayton Art Institute in front of Lily's favorite paining, "Waterlilies" by Claude Monet. Their connection continues to strengthen everyday.
