When is the RSVP deadline?

Kids are welcome at the ceremony and reception. Please check your invite to see if you have a plus one.

Where is the Ceremony and Reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will be taking place outdoors at the Collingwood's family farm and the reception will be at Clint & Alyssa's barn.

Where should I park?

Answer

There will be plenty of parking for the ceremony. Follow the signs! If you don't feel comfortable taking your vehicle down to the Orchard, there will be rides available for you. Please consider carpooling for the reception as there will be limited parking. We ask that you please follow the signage so vehicles are not in the professional photos by accident. Thank you!!

What time should we arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 2:00PM. Plan to arrive 20-30 minutes early so you have time to find parking and take a seat prior to the ceremony. The ceremony is about 30 minutes away from Telkwa/Smithers so give yourself lots of time! Please seat yourselves on whichever side you would like, leaving the first two rows on each side open for family :)

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party and family will be taking pictures nearby. Guests are welcome to stick around and enjoy themselves before heading to the cocktail hour at Clint and Alyssa's place starting at 4:30pm.

What should I wear?

Answer

Please wear whatever makes you feel good! With our wedding being outdoors, guests may want to bring a jacket and dress for the weather :)

Will There be Camping?

Answer

Yes there will be camping at the reception! Please drop off campers Friday, July 17th from 12:00pm to 5:30pm. There will be no drop-off available on Saturday. There will also be no camping at the property on Friday night due to wedding set up. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring my dog?

Answer

As much as we love your furry friends, this will be an animal free zone. Please make arrangements accordingly

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes, the by-donation bar will open at 4:30 pm for cocktail hour (cash only).

Will there be designated driving services?

Answer

Yes there will be designated driving services (by donation) from 10:00pm to 2:00am. DD's can also shuttle vehicles home.
