Shuttle service will be provided for guests staying at Hound Ears, Graystone Lodge, and Rhodes Motor Lodge beginning at 7:30 PM and continuing to and from the welcome party until 10:00 PM. Pick up location is at the main club house. In addition, Ubers are available within the Boone area. We recommend pre-scheduling on the Uber app to ensure a pick-up time. Our reception will take place under a heated tent on the golf course! For comfort and ease, we suggest choosing shoes that are lawn-friendly and bringing an additional layer for warmth.
Shuttle will be available for all guests traveling to and from Graystone Inn and Rhodes Lodge. Pick up will be at the front of each hotel at approximately 3:30 PM. In addition, Ubers are available within the Boone area. We recommend pre-scheduling on the Uber app to ensure a pick-up time. Hound Ears guests can drive or cart over to the main club house parking lot and take the walking path to the reception tent on the golf course.
