Semi-formal. Please dress warmly and in layers, January evenings in Fairhope can be cool. Our ceremony will follow the traditions of the Greek Orthodox Church, which includes periods of standing. We kindly encourage you to choose footwear that will keep you comfortable throughout the service.
We are doing buffet style for dinner. The menu will include the following: Blueberry Goat Cheese Tarts and Assorted Cheese, nuts, and crackers, Variety of Salad, Shrimp Creole or Pecan-Crusted Chicken, Vegetables and Potatoes, and the Infamous Sister Schubert Rolls ! If any of this does not fit your dietary needs, please reach out to Paige and she can help make sure you get a full belly!
Open bar! Expect wine, beer, and cocktails! You MUST bring a form of identification! We'll be using a wristband system for 21+ guests. There will also be non-alcoholic drink options including: Sweet/Unsweet Tea, Mocktails, and Water
She's a beautiful church, so we recommend arriving ~15-30mins before the ceremony starts (4pm) to be able to park and take in the church and all her beauty.

They are separate locations! Our wedding ceremony will be held at The Malbis Memorial Church, which is about a ~15mins drive north of Fairhope. After the conclusion of the service, we ask that you make your way to Fairhope for the reception! Both addresses can be found in the Schedule tab!
Yes! There will be ample parking at the church. For the reception, there is a community college behind The Venue that you can park at. You can also street park anywhere downtown. If you are flying in for the wedding, we are happy to help arrange transportation! Please text Paige at (850) 428-6719 with your flight and accommodation information.

Yes! Please see our Travel tab for hotel recommendations and things to do while you are in beautiful Fairhope, AL! If possible, we suggest staying downtown. Fairhope is super walkable and it’s much more relaxing when you don’t have to worry about a car.
