Transportation to the Venue
UPDATE: The bus has reached capacity. For those who signed up, it will be at Homewood Suites for pick up from 3:30 - 3:50 pm, and then at Hilton Garden Inn from 4:00 - 4:20 pm. UPDATE: As of 1/24/25, the Hotel room block at Homewood Suites is now full. We plan on having transportation from Homewood Suites and Hilton Garden Inn. Departure times are now to be determined. Please continue to fill out the form and let us know if your RSVP which hotel you will be staying in so we can have enough seats on the buses. Transportation will be provided from Homewood Suites by Hilton Denton, departing at 4:15 pm. Please fill out the form below to let us know if you want to take the provided transportation, or if you plan on driving yourselves so that we may plan the buses accordingly. Thank you so much!
