We kindly ask you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the official ceremony time (4:30pm)

Formal attire is requested. There are grassy areas so please plan accordingly.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

There is parking available at the Bella Cosa venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

There will be a shuttle provided to and from the Courtyard Winter Haven hotel.

As we have a limited number of spaces for little ones, we kindly ask that only children named on the invitation join us. We truly appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!
