Are kids allowed?

Answer

As much as we love your kids, we do have a maximum capacity at our venue. We hope you can enjoy a night off!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are banking on good weather, so the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. During the cocktail hour & reception, you will have access to a tent and indoor area to cool off.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Semi-Formal.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

There will be a shuttle leaving from the Marriott Hotel in Conshy prior to the event as well as after the event. There is also parking at the venue, but limited spaces so please uber/shuttle if able. Please be advised, the shuttle cannot fit everybody at once, so it will make multiple trips. Please do not wait until the last minute and assume the shuttle will have space. If you do drive, you may park overnight, but please pick up your car by 11 AM on the 17th.

Can I bring a guest / plus one?

Answer

Please pay close attention to who is listed on your invitation. If you have been given a plus one, it will be written on the invite. Please be sure that you rsvp for yourself and anyone else on your invitation. Due to restrictions and for planning purposes, we will only be able to accommodate for the people listed on the invites who formally rsvp’d.
