What is the dress code?

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting Formal or Cocktail attire for our celebration!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:45 PM for a ceremony start time of 5:00 PM.

Is there transportation provided?

Answer

Transportation to and from the venue will be provided for guests staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the short ceremony will take place outside. Cocktail hour & reception will take place indoors with access to an outdoor patio.

Does the venue have free parking?

Answer

La Bella Vista has a large parking lot that will be able to accommodate anybody who will be driving themselves.

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we would love to include everyone's children, this will be an adult-only event, unless noted on the formal wedding invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity at our venue, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate plus-ones beyond those specifically named on the invitation.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back the RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Your RSVP must be submitted online by June 15th.
