FAQs

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Please let us know if you need help with making arrangements.

Question

IS THERE A SHUTTLE TO AND FROM THE HOTEL TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Yes, check out our Travel & Accommodations page for all the info you need.

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors on the back lawn and the reception will be in the barn. There is a small patio outside of the barn for guests to enjoy during the reception as well.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the vineyard where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled.

Question

Where should guests park?

Answer

We recommend everyone parking at the hotel and taking the shuttle to and from the venue. If you prefer to park at the venue and are not planning on consuming alcohol, please see the venue's guidelines: Our policy at Jubilee is to greet guests when they arrive to park. Our staff greet your guests along the driveway and direct them to the designated location for parking, including drop-off and handicapped parking. •Wedding party, handicapped and other guest parking is designated along the drive beginning at the closest site to the Winery Barn. •Vendor parking is reserved in a designated area. Specific instructions are reviewed with all vendors prior to the weddings so that cars do not mar the wedding day photos. • Taxi services are available and Jubilee can coordinate this service should a guest require assistance for safe transport after the wedding. •The 2nd District Valley Lee Fire & Rescue Squad is close by if ambulance assistance is needed for any guest with an adverse alcohol
