Ceremony Notes • Arrival Time: Please arrive at the church 15–20 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for seating. • Phones: We kindly request an unplugged ceremony—please silence and put away phones during the vows. Transportation & Parking There is parking available behind the church. The church is just five minutes from the venue, making travel between locations simple. Transition Between Ceremony & Cocktail Hour After the ceremony, there will be a brief break before cocktail hour begins. This allows time for photos, mingling, and making your way to the venue. If you’d like to explore during this time, we’ve put together a list of local activities and recommendations (see the Activities section on our website).

Cocktail Hour Notes • Location: Cocktail hour will be held outdoors on the venue grounds. • Parking: On-site parking is available at the venue. • Timing: Cocktail hour will begin shortly after guests arrive from the church. Enjoy drinks, light bites, and mingling by the water before the reception begins.

Reception Notes • Timing: The reception will begin promptly at 5 PM following cocktail hour. • Location: The celebration continues indoors in the grand ballroom of Saybrook Point marina and resort. • Evening Plans: Enjoy a seated dinner, toasts, and dancing as we celebrate into the evening.

The night doesn’t end there. Join us at 10:30 PM in the hotel bar for the after-party. Expect fun music, good vibes, and late-night laughs as we keep the celebration going. Come as you are from the reception.
