Yes! You will need an up to date passport to travel to Mexico.
Please use the link to our hotel block. Refer to the "Travel" page with details and instructions on how to reserve a room at the resort. You will not be required to pay for anything until 30 days before the event. With that being said, reserving your room has no upfront cost and just requires you to put your credit card information down for the room. We recommend booking as soon as you are able as there are only 30 rooms on our block. Once rooms are exhausted from the block, availability is at the discretion of the resort and pricing may change.

The price will vary depending on which room you select and how many adults are in your room. The current price for 1 couple in a room is 439 dollars a night. This is an all-inclusive resort which means there won't be any other required expenses. There are always options to purchase souvenirs, or go on a paid excursion, but this is not required and there are plenty of included events and activities every day. We completely understand that destination weddings aren't always in the cards for every guest. If you know you cannot make it, we kindly ask that you RSVP "No" once you receive your invitation.
No, you will be responsible for your own airfare. We suggest looking into tickets as early as possible to try and get the best deals. Also, because we have early check in and late checkout, we suggest trying to get in as early as possible your first day, and leave late on your last day, to get the most out of your stay!
No, you do not have to stay at Moon Palace though all activities for the weekend will be at the resort. If you choose to stay at a different location/resort you are more than welcome to come join us for the ceremony and reception but the resort will charge a guest/day fee. If interested, there are 3 different areas of the resort that you can book (Sunrise, Nizuc, and Grand). Our block is only for Nizuc.
This is entirely up to you! Our room block is good from May 25th all the way through June 4th. There is a 3 night minimum to book through the room block. There are some incentives for staying at least 4 nights, including $500 resort credit (good for excursions, spa visits, & water sports) and free transportation to and from the airport.
The minimum amount of nights is 3 nights on the wedding block. However, if you want stay for fewer nights, that is completely fine! Please reach out to us with any requests like this, and we will give you more information on the best way to proceed.
Beach Casual - think lightweight, breathable fabric. We want our guests to be comfortable but elegant. Anticipate for majority, if not all of the events for the evening to be outside by the beach.
