What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at the Norwich Spa and Inn located at 607 W Thames St, Norwich, CT 06360, by 3:30 pm to find your seat. For those who need assistance down to the back lawn before the ceremony starts, a golf cart will be waiting for you at the hotel entrance.

What should I wear?

Answer

Come in your best dressed cocktail attire! The theme is Garden Cocktail Party, so think floral patterns and hues with a cocktail flair!

What time is dinner?

Answer

We will be seated for dinner at 5:30 pm. A salad course will be served first, followed by the entrees served family style.

Where should I park?

Answer

There are several parking lots located on the grounds of the Norwich Spa and Inn. Valet parking is available to you as well.

Can I bring my child(ren)?

Answer

While we love babies, toddlers, and teens, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing any additional guests, unless you were specifically invited to do so.

Is there an after party?

Answer

Heck yeah! Please join us at the Ascot's Pub (located directly across from the main ballroom) after the reception ends. The pub closes at 10:00 pm normally, but will stay open if guests are ordering drinks. Ascot's Pub will close at the bartender's discretion.

Is babysitting available?

Answer

For those we have asked to bring your little(s), babysitting will be available shortly after dinner is served, and until 11 pm, at no charge. Children will not be permitted on the dance floor after 7:00 pm.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes. For those traveling out-of-state, several rooms at the Norwich Inn have been reserved for our wedding date. Should you choose to stay at the Inn, please mention our Harley/Larkin wedding for a special discount. Rooms should be reserved by August 21st, 2025.
