Question
What time does the wedding start & end?
Answer
Our ceremony will start at 4:00pm and the reception will end at 10:00pm. We kindly ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony begins.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
The RSVP deadline has passed, however if your plans have changed or you need to update your response, please reach out to Claire or Collin.

Will there be cell phone service?
Answer
Limited cell phone service is common near the venue. Please save directions beforehand.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We'd love to see our friends and family all dressed up with us, but please wear what is comfortable for you. We encourage you to wear your Sunday best. Boots and jeans are welcome but please refrain from wearing white. Please note that the ceremony site is a short walk from the lodge.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We want everyone to have a good time and have included plus ones accordingly. Your invitation should clearly state if a plus one has been added.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love your little ones and have included them in your invitation. However, we do encourage you to take this occasion to get away and celebrate with us!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held at the beautiful outdoor site, but dinner and the reception will be held inside the lodge.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that our ceremony stays unplugged and phones/cameras are put away. We have hired an amazing photographer/videographer to capture our special day. Please feel free to take photos/video during the reception!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you. We have waited a long time for this day so party accordingly.

Will there be a room block?
Answer
We have reserved a block of rooms at the YMCA of the Rockies-Estes Park. There will be a shuttle to and from the venue. Please see the "lodging" page for more information. We have also provided a list of additional hotels.

Transportation and Parking?
Answer
The venue has plenty of parking available. We will also be providing a shuttle from the YMCA of the Rockies-Estes Park-Emerald Mountain Lodge. If not staying at the YMCA you can still use the shuttle. You will have the opportunity to RSVP for the shuttle through the invitation. The shuttle will pick up at the Emerald Mountain Lodge at 3 pm.

Will there be a Welcome Party?
Answer
Yes, please join us for a casual get together as we kick off our wedding weekend! It will be held at The Barrel in Estes Park on Friday, September 25th from 7:00 PM-10:00 PM. Come enjoy drinks and light bites as we celebrate together!
