Ariana and Collin met during the summer of 2013, through their mutual friend Sarah. Collin, being fresh out of college and not yet fully understanding the concept of saving his money, spent a little too much time on the weekends enjoying the nightlife of Buckhead. Sarah would play music at various bars in Buckhead, and Ariana would always be there to show support to her friend. After a few weeks of casually saying hi to Ariana, Collin finally had enough liquid courage in him to ask Ariana to dance. 6 years, 2 apartments, and a Gilmore later, they are excited to celebrate their marriage surrounded by their friends and families.

Growing up, Collin and friends would spend their Memorial Day weekends hiking, mountain biking, and as they got older, drinking beer in the Pisgah Mountains of North Carolina. Deep Woods weekend was often seen as a proving grounds for both men and women who were bold enough to attend. Ariana's first Deep Woods was in 2018, and despite rainy conditions, less than 4-star sleeping accommodations, she made it out with a positive attitude and a smile on her face. It was then Collin knew he was ready to make 2019's Deep Woods the most special yet. Collin proposed to Ariana Memorial Day weekend 2019 at base camp surrounded by their two and four legged friends.
