Is there a reserved hotel block nearby?

Answer

No, we were not able to arrange for a hotel block for our guests. Please find a list of conveniently located hotels on our Travel Page. You can also access a google sheet on the Travel Page to help you coordinate rides, etc. with other traveling guests!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The Gramercy Mansion has assured us that Uber and Lyft rides are readily available from Stevenson to surrounding areas.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking onsite at Gramercy Mansion, as well as at Inverness Brewing.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests may arrive at the Gramercy Mansion at 4:30pm on Saturday.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, the reception space is limited and we cannot add guests. We can only welcome guests who are specifically named on the wedding invitation you received.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! Please notify us if you require a high chair or booster seat for dinner. A guest room will be available during the wedding if you and your child need some quiet time or a diaper change. Please be aware that there are fragile antiques in some rooms off of the reception space and children should be supervised at all times.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the ceremony and reception, cocktail attire is recommended, however, we want our guests to be comfortable. Please dress appropriately for an outdoor ceremony. We will move the ceremony indoors in case of inclement weather or excessive heat. The welcome picnic is casual.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We've done our best to consider our guests' allergies in our food options, but if you have an allergy that we may not be aware of, please let us know so we can pass this information to our caterers!
