Flight
This airport is most beneficial if flying in from Ireland via Norwegian Air (not the best option for domestic flights, but it's worth a look), and is conveniently located 20 minutes away from Cornwall on Hudson. They have car rentals, or you can choose their highly recommended taxi service called "The Cuffe family".

JFK International Airport, Newark Liberty International Airport, and LaGuardia Airport are New York City-associated airports and have the best options for a Cornwall on Hudson arrival via domestic flights. Each airport has a train or shuttle service to Grand Central Station in Manhattan. From Grand Central Station, the Metro North Rail (Poughkeepsie Line) can take you north along the Hudson River to Croton Harmon or Beacon, which are both within a 40 minute drive of Cornwall on Hudson, and well within the travel radius of the world renowned "Cuffe Family" taxi service. Expected travel time from airport to Cornwall is approximately 2.5-3 hours. Alternatively, all airports have a car rental service. Driving times north out of New York City can be highly variable depending on the time of day, but expected travel time is 60-90minutes (depending on the airport) without traffic.
