Where is the ceremony and what will it look like?

Answer

We had planned on having an outdoor ceremony, but, due to the recent dip in temperature and heavy rain, we have decided to move the ceremony indoors in the Conservatory Ballroom. This is the same venue!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle service from the Holiday Inn Express to and from the wedding. Before the ceremony: 3:15 pm and 3:55 pm After the reception: 9:30 pm and 10:10 pm

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please try to arrive at 4 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm, so you'll want to have your seat!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free parking at the venue! We are also providing shuttle service from our suggested hotel.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Our RSVP (and room block) closed on September 19. If we didn't hear back or you are unable to attend -- we will celebrate with you another time! Please contact us directly if you need to update your response.

Is there a room block?

Answer

Yes! We have a room block at the Holiday Inn Express East Greenbush. Please use the discount code MFW if you book online or request the Mair-Fandrich wedding if you call to make your reservation. Please reserve your rooms by Friday, September 19, 2025 to get the room block rate.

Absolutely! Please include this information on your RSVP.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The attire is semi-formal: suits, button ups (ties optional), cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, blouses, etc. Just dress nicely :)

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we are happy for your ever-growing families, unfortunately we are not able to invite everybody's children. Please see your invitation!
