Will there be transportation to the wedding?
Answer
Yes. If you are staying in Long Island City, there will be a bus departing from the Hilton Garden Inn at 4:30pm. There will be a bus returning at 10:30pm and 12:30 am.

Which airport should I fly into?
Answer
JFK is the easiest airport if you are planning on using public transportation to get around during your visit. You can take the AirTrain from the airport directly to the subway. LaGuardia is also close by but is not as accessible by public transportation. If you are flying into here, you can take the bus, but it is much easier to take a car or a taxi. Newark is also an option. This is the furthest from the venue but you can take NJ Transit from the airport to Penn Station and get on the subway from there.

Which hotel should I choose?
Answer
You are welcome to choose any hotel in the NYC area for your stay, especially if you want to stay closer to the tourist attractions. We do have two room blocks available, The Box House Hotel, and the Hilton Garden Inn in LIC. The Box House is ideal if you are just coming only for the wedding events and you are not planning on doing much sightseeing. This is the venue for both the ceremony and the reception. There are subway stations in the area, but they do require a little bit of a walk to get there. It is about a 10 minute walk to the G train or a 10 minute walk over the Pulaski Bridge to the 7 train. The Hilton Garden Inn is a great choice, if you want to have easy access to Midtown Manhattan. There is subway station with the E, M, and R trains just a few steps away. The 7 and the N/W are also a few minutes away.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is no parking lot or garage associated with the venue. There is street parking easily available in the area. There is also a parking garage at 77 Commercial St, Brooklyn, NY 11222. This garage is about a 4 minute walk from the venue.
