This hotel is also part of the Westport Hotel Group, owned by the same family that owns The Castlecourt Hotel and The Westport Plaza Hotel. It is about a 10 minute drive from The Castlecourt Hotel, however it is directly across the way from the Wedding Day 2 celebrations at Charlie's at the Towers. *A 10% discount will be applied to your booking for the night of the wedding if you mention our wedding date and both of our names. *Reservations can be discussed via email- info@westportcoasthotel.ie - however, card details will need to be confirmed over the phone. **This hotel may be a good option for those who don't mind hiring a car or taking a taxi to and from the wedding day festivities. **You may also prefer to switch to this hotel for the Saturday night. We will have busses bringing people from the Castlecourt to the Wedding Day 2 on Saturday and this hotel is in the same complex

There are many B&Bs and Airbnb options around Westport. Please note ride share options such as Uber are not available. The host should be able to assist in booking taxis if needed.

The train runs from Dublin to Westport for anyone travelling through and/or flying through Dublin airport
Travel Note
If you fly into the west coast of Ireland through Shannon Airport, there is no direct public transport to Co. Mayo. The best route, aside from renting a car or booking a car service, is to take two buses: 1. Shannon Airport to Galway Bus Station (route 51) 1 hour 50 minutes https://www.buseireann.ie/routes-and-timetables/51 *Galway is a cultural hub: Eyre Square is a central pedestrian only area full of traditional music, shops and pubs. 2.
