What is the dress code for the evening?

Answer

Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required. The evening's events will be outdoors but the house will be open to guests. Please be mindful of footwear choices as the ceremony seating will be on turf and cocktail hour will be held in the side lawn. The reception area will be under a tented canopy.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We encourage guests to arrive to the ceremony 15-30 minutes early, between 5:00 - 5:15pm to allow for ample time to find seats and be ready by start time. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. The park will officially close to the public at 5:00pm but attendants will allow guests on the grounds, just mention you are with the Berman wedding.

What time will shuttles arrive at the hotel blocks?

Answer

Shuttles will arrive at the designated hotels at 4:30 PM sharp. To ensure a smooth departure, please be ready and waiting in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time. Please note that only one shuttle pickup will be available, so punctuality is essential.

I have dietary restrictions - what is the best way to communicate that with you?

Answer

While we love your little ones dearly, we respectfully request no children at our wedding celebrations unless noted on your invitation. We hope you understand and can still join us on our special day!
