When should I RSVP by and where?

Can guests bring children to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Although we love your children, our wedding will be adults only. Thank you for understanding. Children are welcome at the Chapman Crafted welcome reception on Friday.

Will I need a coat?

Answer

Weather permitting, we will have our ceremony and cocktail hour outdoors. As it is January in Southern California, it may be crisp so bundle up. We will have heaters and indoor areas for those that are still chilly.

Will there be special dietary meals?

Answer

Provided you inform us, we will do our best to accommodate all dietary restrictions.

Is there free parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes. Although we encourage everyone to be safe and get a ride if you are planning on drinking, there is a public lot across the street from the venue.

Is there a hotel block?

We have no hotel block, but have provided a few hotel options that are close to our venues.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:10. Please arrive early to ensure a smooth evening.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal, but we encourage you to be fun with it. Be it a colorful pattern, a bolo tie or anything else, feel free to let your personality show in your outfit. Think elevated garden party.

We have limited our guest list to only those invited specifically on your invite.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same venue?

Answer

Yes! We have an indoor outdoor venue with plenty of space for fun and activities (weather permitting).
