Where do I even begin with my mom? I don’t know that words can accurately describe just how much she means to me, but I’ll try. The most loyal person I know is my mom. Whenever I need anything, she is there, no questions asked. She has shown me, through example, how to love, stand up for yourself, be independent, strong, and vulnerable at the same time. We have fought, cried, and laughed together on so many occasions. We’re basically the same person, which is why we get annoyed with each other sometimes! Regardless, I wouldn’t want to have anyone else by my side, or as a guide in this world, than my mom. I’m truly lucky to have such a caring person on my side. Love you forever! 💕

Again, where do I begin? I didn’t realize until later in life just how much I am like my dad, and I am truly lucky for that. While we are both stubborn at times, we love and take care of those around us like no other. My dad, always a provider, put his family first always. I am so lucky to know a man who has shown me, through example, what hard work and dedication is. While he has his serous side, my dad is also known to crack silly jokes and make us all laugh, and he seems to always time it perfectly or when we least expect it. Thank you, dad, for always being there, making me laugh, and guiding me through this crazy thing called life. Love you!

My future mother in law, or as I like to call her, Mom C, is such a wonderful light in this world. When I say that I’m lucky to have her, that is an understatement. Since I began dating Shane, she has always accepted and loved me, almost as her own. I am truly grateful for her warmth, sense of humor, and guidance. I can’t wait to officially be part of the Cullins family!

My future father in law, or Pop C, as I like to call him, is one of the best men I know. He is funny, kind, caring, and compassionate. And, not to mention, can make almost any meal you’d ever dream of as a professionally trained chef. I’ve learned so much from watching him cook, that I’ve improved a bit as a cook myself. I’m so happy I get to call you my family!

Meghan and I have been best friends for over 20 years, which is just a wild thing to think about. She has been part of so many important events in my life, has helped guide me, offer advice, and most importantly, she’s been there through thick and thin. I couldn’t be happier to have her in my life and my wedding party! Love you, Meg!

Kristin is my younger sister and defies the odds when it comes to typical “youngest child” stereotypes. She’s wise beyond her years, intelligent, and just overall has her stuff together. I honestly strive to be like her someday when I grow up! My Krissi, as I call her, is always there for me when I have a question about finances, computers, technology, or just to share funny memes and videos with. She makes me laugh and reassures me it’ll all be okay. Love you Krissi!

Larissa is my older sister and has always been there for me, even when we used to fight over what clothes of hers that I stole from the dryer (sorry Laris!) I used to drive her crazy and annoy her when she had her friends over. I always thought she was so cool and I just wanted to be around her all the time! I’m so happy that you are my big sister, my friend, and a great inspiration to work hard for what I want. Thank you for being you. Love you Laris!

Brianna is my soon to be sister in law, and I honestly couldn’t be happier to have her as part of my family. I prefer to just say sister, because Brianna has made me feel so comfortable since I first met her. We have been on so many adventures together, even going cross country on Amtrak. Brianna is funny, caring, and always there to help Shane and I with travel plans and organization. She’s such a light in this world and I’m happy to call her my sister!

Joann is my little cousin who is basically the same person as me, just in a different body. Since I met her, she has been one of my closest family members. We were basically attached at the hip; doing makeup, making silly jokes, being sarcastic, and always laughing. I’m so happy she will be standing with me on one of the most important days of my life. John Perry

Best Man

John and Shane have been close since working as delivery drivers together, which is the job Shane was working when I first met him. My first time meeting John was when he joined Shane and I at the infamous “TAVS!” on our first Valentine’s Day together. Shane and John are basically the same person, just years apart. They’re always making loud noises and being weird, but they’re also two of the most hardworking people I know! We can always count on John for a good laugh, great beer choices, and we have a wonderful time with him and his girlfriend when we all get together. We’re so happy to have John as part of our wedding party and our lives!

Shane and Jon have known each other for a very long time, and have always been great friends. Growing up together, going through crazy and fun times in life, and now getting married and being in each other’s weddings, it’s safe to say that Jon is an important piece to the puzzle! Jon is such a happy guy, fun to be around, and has a go with the flow attitude, that’s very contagious! We’re so happy to have Jon standing with us on one of the most important days of our lives!

Matt has been part of our family for so long and we always have such a great time when he’s around. Matt is funny and caring, a wonderful and helpful guy, who we are truly lucky to know. Owen is one of Colleen’s best friends and has since become a good friend to Shane, as well, which is why we’re so happy to have him as a groomsman! Owen is one of the most caring people I know. He is always looking to help when he can. I would often ask Owen for help with my cars when they inevitably had issues! Owen has been such a great friend, he makes me laugh, he’s there when I need to talk, and is always supportive. We’ve been through so much together and I couldn’t be happier to call him my friend. Shane and Dave became quick friends as coworkers at the trucking company they work for. Dave’s sense of humor and guidance became a big reason why they talk all the time. Dave is a caring, funny, and laidback guy who we can always count on for advice, a good laugh, and he and his girlfriend are one of our favorite couples to double date with! We’re so happy to have Dave in our wedding party and part of our lives!
