The entirety of the wedding will be held indoors. No need to worry about rain!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin at 4:30PM. We ask that you arrive by 4:15PM in order for you to find your family, friends, and a seat.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot as well as complimentary valet service.

Will transportation be provided to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes! The venue is a quick 7 minute drive from the hotel. There will be one shuttle trip from the hotel to the venue at 4PM. There will be shuttle service back to the hotel at the conclusion of the reception.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will take place on the ground floor. The cocktail party and reception will be held upstairs. There is an elevator accessible.

When should I book my hotel room?

Answer

Be sure to book your hotel room by Thursday, April 3rd to ensure you get the discounted rate! *Please Note* On the website, check-in is listed as 4pm. We have been approved for a 3pm check-in to ensure our guests have enough time to get ready before catching the shuttle!

Dietary restrictions such as gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian can be accommodated. Please inform us in advance so we can prepare the kitchen.
