When should I RSVP by?

Answer

September 6th! We orinally had an August date on the RSVPs but since we sent them out a little later we extended the date. This will give us time to let our vendors know a final guest count. We understand this is a last minute wedding so no hard feelings if you can't make it, we just wanted to extend the invite to all of our friends and family!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We included them on the 'Travel' tab of our website.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be taking place at our venue and yes, parking at the venue is available. There is a little walking involved but golf cart transports are available if you have trouble walking!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Because our wedding will be free of alcohol, we will not be providing transportation to/from the hotels. However, parking will be available for everyone!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 2:30pm so please arrive by 2:15pm as we are planning to start promptly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No! We know October is hit or miss with weather so please dress however you will be comfortable. We know cowboy boots and jeans are popular over here in WV so please feel free to dress how you would like, whether that's dressed to the nines or dressed for comfort. Just be aware this is a mainly outdoor event on a grass surface!
