This isn't really a question but is more of a pointer. There are some big music festivals around Eau Claire during our wedding weekend, so hotels may be busier than usual. There are many, many hotels in the Eau Claire/Chippewa Falls area than the ones listed on our "Travel" page. If you need help finding a hotel, feel free to ask someone above for recommendations.
Because people may have different preferences on hotels, or discounts at certain locations, we did not make a hotel block. If you would like some input as to where to stay, reach out to one of us.
Try typing your name as it appears on your envelope. If you're still having trouble, just reach out to one of the people listed above and have them tell Colleen you are coming. It's no big deal!
We don't have a specific dress code in mind, so wear something that will be comfortable in the July heat and on grass. I guess I would describe our dress code as "semi-formal but comfortable".
When you enter your name into the RSVP page, it should list off any guests or children that might be included on your behalf. If you feel like we might have made a mistake, please reach out so we can fix it for you!
Picture a fancy charcuterie board but for tons of people. There will be fruit, sliders, chicken wings, veggies, etc. The chef describes it as a "grazing table" and it certainly has an appetizer-like feel to it, but I promise you will have a full stomach! We will have options for some dietary restrictions as well.
Since 1) our venue is outdoors, and 2) vaccines are available to the general public, we aren't required to wear masks. However, if you feel more comfortable doing so, we definitely support you and we want you to be comfortable! All of the bridal party and our close family will be vaccinated.
