Answer

Please arrive 20-30 minutes before the ceremony to get settled. The ceremony will start at 4:30pm sharp.

Shuttles will run to/from all Common Man locations (Inn, Lodge, Ranch, Tiny Cabins at the Barn) and the Fairfield Marriott Inn & Suites a few miles away—easy travel for all! ✨ The wedding shuttle pick up times for the ceremony will be 3:30pm and 4:00pm. Shuttles can bring guests back to the above hotels on the top of the hour starting at 9pm. Final transport from the Barn to all hotels will be 11pm. ***After Party is at Fosters bar (within the Common Man Inn) from 11:30-12:30(last call). Shuttles will transport you back to your hotel if you wish to join. Snacks supplied/cash bar.

Dress Code: Formal / Semi-Formal Dress to celebrate! Cocktail or long/midi dresses and dressy jumpsuits—florals, patterns, and color encouraged. Men: suits (tie optional) or dress pants with a collared shirt and tie. Cocktail hour is on grassy, slightly hilly terrain—watch those stilettos! Avoid shades of white; the wedding party will be in greens and blues if you want to stand out!

Yes, there is free parking available at The Barn on the Pemi.

Rain or Shine-The celebration goes on! Both the ceremony and reception spaces are covered, so we’ll be comfortable no matter the weather.

Answer

Yes! We have rooms blocked at all of the Common Man locations up until 3/24/2026. Once the blocks are full, feel free to ask for any other available room options. Alternatively, there is also a Fairfield by Marriott a few miles away from the ceremony site. Transportation will be provided to and from all of these locations.

RSVP Deadline Has Passed Our RSVP deadline of April 1 has now passed, and we’ve finalized our guest list with the venue. If you’ve already responded—thank you! We can’t wait to celebrate with you 🤍

Due to venue capacity limits, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If you were given a plus one, they’ll appear under your name when you RSVP. We wish we could include everyone and really appreciate your understanding 💛
