Children are welcome at the ceremony and the welcome reception. Max and Colleen are looking forward to celebrating with their adult friends at an adults-only reception following the ceremony. More information about child care for the wedding will be provided at a future date
Max and Colleen are planning formal attire at the ceremony and reception. For all other events, casual attire is welcomed!
Please RSVP as soon as you can or before 11/1/24 so Max and Colleen can plan most effectively
Check the registry section of this website to find some of our preferred gift ideas!
Your invitation will explicitly indicate how many people we plan to attend the reception based on your RSVP. If your invitation indicates "and guest," or otherwise indicates more than one name, a plus one is welcomed. For the ceremony, children are welcomed and encouraged to join!
The dinner will be a buffet-style dinner - we will be doing our best to accommodate food allergies and will be sure to work with the wedding venue to clearly indicate allergens in particular food options.
There is a parking lot at the venue which can be used by the wedding attendees
The three main events are the welcome reception (4/4/25), the wedding ceremony (4/5/25), and the reception (immediately following the reception). There are no other planned events, but please check out our "Things to Do" section for some ideas and inspiration for other things to do while visiting!
Transportation to and from the venue is not organized. The best thing to do is use the hotel shuttle (if available), rent a car, or use Uber / Lyft
