What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than July 22nd so we can give our wonderful vendors time to accommodate everyone.

Have you reserved blocks at hotels?

Answer

Because the venue is located near two towns with many hotels, Air BNBs, and VRBOs available, no blocks or reservations have been made. We encourage our guests to make reservations ahead of time.

What is the easiest way to and from the venue?

Answer

For guests flying in, we recommend renting a car as there are not many options for public transportation around Belgrade or Bozeman. Ubers and Lyfts are available but not as readily as a larger city. That being said, please celebrate responsibly, vehicles cannot be left overnight at the venue.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is designated parking on site. Please DO NOT park on the grass at the venue or on the county road leading up to the venue. Overnight parking is not allowed.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on your wedding invitation.

August is typically warm and sunny. Check the forecast closer to our big day and dress accordingly!

What's the dress code?

Answer

Please dress in summer formal. Please no jeans, t-shirts, or gym shoes. August can be warm so please dress accordingly! It can get quite cool at night so a light jacket may be needed. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be outside on the main lawn of the venue, stilettos are not recommended!

We encourage our guests to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to ensure you have found parking, and found a seat!

What Food Will Be Served?

Dinner will be a bbq, buffet style! Vegetarian options are available but are limited, please let the bride know if you are needing a vegetarian meal.
