Where is the Venue?

Answer

Our venue is the beautiful Bald Peak Colony Club. The ceremony and reception will be held at the clubhouse located at 180 Bald Peak Dr, Moultonborough, NH 03254.

What time should we arrive?

Answer

We advise quests get there about 20 minutes early to the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! Our dress code for Saturday is formal. For those are staying at the Clubhouse, or anyone who plans to visit, please see the acceptable and unacceptable clothing rules that pertain specifically to the Clubhouse.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Our ceremony and dance floor will be under a tent, and dinner will be served inside. Hopefully the weather behaves and we can still use the outdoor areas around the venue, but if not we have got you covered!

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, we really do! However, we respectfully request no children this weekend. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

What attire is acceptable in the Clubhouse?

Answer

Men: Proper Golf and Tennis Attire, Shirts must have collar and sleeves Shoes with laces must be tied Sandals and flip-flops Workout clothes are allowed in the clubhouse only while in transition (ie: coming in and out of guest rooms) Women: Proper Golf and Tennis Attire Sleeveless, halter tops and off the shoulder dresses and tops are allowed Denim, other than blue Sandals and flip-flops Workout clothes are allowed in the clubhouse only while in transition

What attire is unacceptable in the Clubhouse?

Men: Hats, caps, and visors are not to be worn in the clubhouse Blue denim clothing of any style Ripped, faded, distressed or torn garments of any kind Tank Tops Cargo shorts or pants Hooded sweatshirts or sweatpants Workout clothes are not allowed in sitting or dining areas Women: Blue denim clothing of any style Ripped, faded, distressed or torn garments of any kind Cut-off shorts or super short shorts Tube/spandex tops, belly baring shirts, uncovered sports bras, sheer tops or tops with plunging necklines Hooded sweatshirts or sweatpants Workout clothes are not allowed in sitting or dining areas
