When should I RSVP by?

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have blocked rooms at Sugarbush Resort -Clay Brook Hotel The hotel is on site for the ceremony and reception so once you check in no additional transportation is needed! (See Travel tab)

What type of food will be served?

Answer

Come back May 1st for food information!

Can I bring a Date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest” or your significant others name then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

Our send off will be at 10:00 pm. If you are not ready for the party to end, join us at the Castlerock Pub on site.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar for beer and wine. Please remember to bring your ID!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes-if your son or daughter’s name is included on your invitation, we would love for them to celebrate with us. Please refer to your RSVP; it will list the number of seats we have reserved for you.

Is photography permitted during the wedding?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged and we request that all phones, cameras and other devices be put away during our union. However, once our ceremony is done, please feel free to snap as many pictures as your heart desires. If you plan to share anything on social media, use our wedding hashtag!! #WrittenInTheZars

What time should we be there?

Answer

The lift will start transporting guests up as early as 3:15 pm, please make sure you arrive prior to 3:45 pm as that is last call for the quad lift.

Will there be music/entertainment?

Answer

Of course! We will have a DJ to keep the jamz snd good vibes going. If there’s a particular song that will get you on the dance floor, email us at colleenandhans2020@gmail.com to let us know!
