Where will the ceremony be?
Answer
The ceremony will take place in the outdoor vista space across the parking lot, to the left of the Sunset Room reception building. The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting, and will be a total of 15-20 minutes long.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 5pm. Please allow at least 15 minutes to find a seat and get comfortable!

Where do we park?
Answer
You may park directly in front of the Sunset Room building. Additional parking can be found to the left of the building.

How do you get to the Sunset Room?
Answer
Follow PA-51 S / Clairton Blvd Take the exit for Elizabeth, right after the Elizabeth bridge Turn right onto N 3rd Ave N 3rd Ave turns slightly right and becomes McKeesport Rd Turn right onto Lovedale Road, Continue for 2.4 miles Continue straight onto PA-48 S/Scenery Drive Turn right onto Enterprise St At end of the road, turn right into Sunset Room parking lot The Sunset Room is located on the left side of the building complex. Make your way to the outdoor ceremony space to the left of the building. If coming straight to the reception, enter the building through the main door on the bottom floor, and take staircase to the second floor for the Sunset Room Reception Space.

Light bites will be provided during cocktail hour. For Dinner: Fresh Greens Salad Lemon Parmesan Chicken Roast Sirloin Pasta Primavera Oven Roasted Herb Potatoes Vegetable Medley Cake and cookies for dessert! For Gluten-Free or Vegan info, please contact Colleen.

What's the hotel situation?

SpringHill Suites by Marriott West Mifflin 1000 Regis Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15236 A block of rooms has been set aside under CAVOLO/PAWLOSKI WEDDING until August 20. Please let us know if you'll be using it!

Will travel be provided to and from the hotel?
Answer
Yes! A school bus will be available to take guests from the hotel to the ceremony space. Please be ready to board the bus for 4pm. There will be two trips in the evening taking guests back to the hotel.

We love your kids!! But we are limiting children to immediate family only.

Will you be serving alcohol?
Answer
We will have a full bar open to our guests! (No shots though, let's keep it classy ; )

Formal attire is appreciated! No specifics required, but the overall color scheme will be giving... garden chic :)

We WELCOME THEM! Blow up our phones!! We will have our info at the reception for you to send us all the awesome videos you take!!
