Please arrive at The Hummingbird Chateau between 3:30 pm and 3:45 pm to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins at 4 pm.
Yes! When entering the venue's driveway please stay to the left. There will be signs to direct you as well.
We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during our wedding ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture the event.
A shuttle service will be available to take guests to and from the hotel to the venue. There is no overnight parking at the venue, so we encourage guests to use the provided transportation or arrange for an Uber/Lyft. The shuttle will be running from ? to ? and then ? to ? when the reception begins to wrap up!
We have chosen a buffet service for dinner, taking into consideration common health and dietary restrictions. If you have an allergy, please let us know ahead of time and we will inform our caterer.
We have chosen to make our wedding a family event. Our nieces & nephews (related or not) are very important to us, and we feel should enjoy in the family festivities. Your invitation will be addressed accordingly, but if you are unsure, please just ask! If you want to enjoy a child-free evening, please do not include your children's names when RSVP'ing in our online portal.
To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably within the venue's capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. You'll find the details about your party size, including whether it includes a plus one, on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!
The dress code for our wedding day is semi formal/dressy casual. Men are not required to wear a suit, but please leave your favorite jeans in the hamper and break out your best khakis (or dress pants)! Ties are not required but dress to impress. Ladies! Maxis, midis, rompers, jumpsuits, dress pants, all are welcome! Fall colors, florals, patterns, as long as you're comfortable! The ceremony and reception are in the same building, a beautiful rustic HEATED barn, in November, so consider the weather as well.
