We were introduced at the Tilted Row where Andy was the executive chef by a mutual friend. They had an open kitchen concept with seats where you could watch all the action. Andy was chatting us up when our friend asked how he was doing. He looked at us and said with a smile "I just wish someone would cook dinner for me." I saw his blue eyes and kind smile and as he walked away, I turned to my friend declaring that I think I would like to cook dinner for him. The next day I went on vacation for a couple weeks but when I returned I called my partner in crime, Michele Patsos and told her we had to go to the Tilted Row, I needed a wing-woman. If you knew Michele, you would know that she was perfect for this job. By the end of the night we were laughing with all the staff and patrons. I knew I had a crush, but did not know about him... A few days later, he found me on Facebook (which for him is a feat in itself as he is not computer savvy) and got the courage to ask me out. We met at R House for a drink and that was it.... I don't remember a time before him. Now six years later, we have a condo, two adorable dogs, Louise and Riley and we are planning our wedding! PS. I did eventually cook him dinner...
